Nick FortesI Bought a 2011 Vauxhall Meriva from Jason after reading all the review comments and told Jason this. He told me that sometimes he wished he'd have a bad comment just to make everything look real. Having had a fuel guage problem I thought the opportunity to do so would arise.
Jason took the car and had it tested and ordered a new fuel tank sensor, he aranged a date to fit it., drove me home when I
dropped the car off to them, Jason kept me informed to what was happening to the car throughout. when it was ready to pick up he sent ' Woody' to get me. the mechanic greeted me and told me the difficulties he had to change the sensor and apologised for losing a bit of fuel.(I didn't expect that and praised him for his honesty and I even apologised to him for my diesel making a mess on his workshop floor) Jason has a fantastic team working for him and it is no wonder he has such good reviews. I am so please that I bought the car from Landford Car Centre.
Alison MartinWent with my son to pick up a new car from Landford yesterday - today I went and collected MY new car!!! Mark and Jason were extremely professional in their dealings with both of us, nothing was too much trouble. All the cars on the forecourt were clean/polished and looking their best. My first impressions were that the whole premises were clean, tidy and well looked after. As for the cars, both Fiesta\'s - perfect! I did not go with the intention of buying a car for myself but I am glad I did !!!
AaronBought a Honda Accord from here. and it\'s perfect for what I want: big family car + fresh MOT. Can\'t argue with that! After buying it I took it to Honda to have a health check as reading reviews of the car showed me that there had been some recalls on the model so I just wanted to be safe that none were left outstanding (this is no comment on lack of trust of Landford) After they had informed me the car was perfectly fine apart from an airbag recall (which Honda fixed) and a cracked manifold (common age related fault) I returned to the dealership where Jason told me straight away that they\'ll have a look and fix that problem. Granted that fixing the car took a lot longer than expected but Mark & Jason both did however inform me of the progress on the job whenever I phoned up and did nothing but apologise for the delay whilst giving me as much info as possible. They didn\'t leave me without a car either as they lent me their courtesy car for the duration which I really appreciated. The Honda now is even better now and I would recommend Landford to looking for a car. Great guys, Great place, Great service.

They did a very efficient part exchange - that was turned around including plate changes in just a few days instead of weeks by using DVLA online notifications of sales etc. They were very trusting of me and respectful through the transaction too. MOT and service was done quickly and the tax for both our old car and new car was sorted out then and there. The car needed a small piece of work done and this was done really swiftly with no issues at all. There was never any pressure and they were great with my family. ChrisI bought the car in March with minimal fuss from this used car dealership. Landford Car Centre went through all the paperwork with me about the MOT and service history and that. They sorted the tax out for me there and then, they sorted some issues with the car for me free of charge, very thorough. I've got no complaints really I'm very happy.
