I chose to extend the warranty, again that was all explained clearly, with no pressure sales at any point. I always make point of not reviewing a car dealer unless I've had a problem with a car they have sold me. After all, its easy for the sales experience to be positive... the aftercare is where it counts. Well, I recently purchased a Mini from Landford Car Centre and we had an issue within the first week... which you might say is a bad thing, but cars develop issues (its what they do). I emailed Dean on the Monday morning and had a reply within half an hour. He could not have been more helpful or proactive in identifying and rectifying the issue (as well as providing a courtesy car).So based on this, I am happy to recommend Landford Car Centre. It was a positive experience when it counted most.

The service I received from the moment I rang to initially view my Red Clio to making sure I was fine just before I drove off with it weeks later was superb. On buying rhe car in the office I felt assured that everything's going to be fine therefore I knew Landford Car Service can be trusted, especially for further buyers who read their reviews. Rest assured it will be fine, just fine.By the way, the way they represent their cars, are first class. Cleaned throughly. I recently bought a nearly new really good condition vehicle from Jason at Landford Car Centre, the viewing, negotiation, collection was easy and straightforward. Unfortunately the vehicle developed a new fault internal gearbox fault a month after purchase. I am certain that this was a completely new fault that was not known by anyone, just one of those unlucky things! I called Landford Car Centre who immediately said don't worry, get it recovered to us and we will sort the rest. True to their word a week later I collected it with the gearbox fixed. Their customer service was exemplary and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! People are quick to complain and slow to praise, praise is due here so thank you again.

Bought a massive van to convert over the winter into a camper. Mark, Jason and all couldn't have been friendlier and more laid back. No hard sell, even fixed the advisories on the brand new MOT which they didn't have to do. The van pulled to the right and we all assumed it was tracking. When it turned out to be a considerably more expensive suspension arm issue, they took it back with a smile and fixed it without complaint. I can't recommend them enough. Very friendly. No hard sale pitch. Jason came and had a quick chat and offered the keys to the cars we were interested in. Sat in and turned the engine over to get a feel for the car. Had a test drive. Explained the best route to take. Loved the car. Bought it that day (Saturday) and picked it up Tuesday morning having had an MOT and service. My tax was free, but even so they had sorted that out too. They're definitely worth a visit.

Bought the Corsa 1.2 lxi last Friday with everything very satisfactory, but when it rained on Saturday I noticed that my windscreen wiper blades were not as effective as they should have been.Returmed to Landford sales centre on Monday and within 20 minutes all done and dusted with newly replaced windscreen wipers.
In my books the guys at this place are great to deal with and I'd recommend their services from my personal experience.

I Bought a 2011 Vauxhall Meriva from Jason after reading all the review comments and told Jason this. He told me that sometimes he wished he'd have a bad comment just to make everything look real. Having had a fuel guage problem I thought the opportunity to do so would arise.
Jason took the car and had it tested and ordered a new fuel tank sensor, he aranged a date to fit it., drove me home when I
dropped the car off to them, Jason kept me informed to what was happening to the car throughout. when it was ready to pick up he sent ' Woody' to get me. the mechanic greeted me and told me the difficulties he had to change the sensor and apologised for losing a bit of fuel.(I didn't expect that and praised him for his honesty and I even apologised to him for my diesel making a mess on his workshop floor) Jason has a fantastic team working for him and it is no wonder he has such good reviews. I am so please that I bought the car from Landford Car Centre.

Went with my son to pick up a new car from Landford yesterday - today I went and collected MY new car!!! Mark and Jason were extremely professional in their dealings with both of us, nothing was too much trouble. All the cars on the forecourt were clean/polished and looking their best. My first impressions were that the whole premises were clean, tidy and well looked after. As for the cars, both Fiesta's - perfect! I did not go with the intention of buying a car for myself but I am glad I did !!!

Bought a Honda Accord from here. and it's perfect for what I want: big family car + fresh MOT. Can't argue with that! After buying it I took it to Honda to have a health check as reading reviews of the car showed me that there had been some recalls on the model so I just wanted to be safe that none were left outstanding (this is no comment on lack of trust of Landford) After they had informed me the car was perfectly fine apart from an airbag recall (which Honda fixed) and a cracked manifold (common age related fault) I returned to the dealership where Jason told me straight away that they'll have a look and fix that problem. Granted that fixing the car took a lot longer than expected but Mark & Jason both did however inform me of the progress on the job whenever I phoned up and did nothing but apologise for the delay whilst giving me as much info as possible. They didn't leave me without a car either as they lent me their courtesy car for the duration which I really appreciated. The Honda now is even better now and I would recommend Landford to looking for a car. Great guys, Great place, Great service.

:I chose to buy a car from here as they seemed more honest and trustworthy right from the start, no pressure or BS that you get from other places. They did a very efficient part exchange - that was turned around including plate changes in just a few days instead of weeks by using DVLA online notifications of sales etc. They were very trusting of me and respectful through the transaction too.
