I always make point of not reviewing a car dealer unless I've had a problem with a car they have sold me. After all, its easy for the sales experience to be positive... the aftercare is where it counts. Well, I recently purchased a Mini from Landford Car Centre and we had an issue within the first week... which you might say is a bad thing, but cars develop issues (its what they do). I emailed Dean on the Monday morning and had a reply within half an hour. He could not have been more helpful or proactive in identifying and rectifying the issue (as well as providing a courtesy car).So based on this, I am happy to recommend Landford Car Centre. It was a positive experience when it counted most.
